Tour Description
Our land is not only beauties, cultures, traditions and histories, but especially many good local foods to taste.
With this excursion we will visit the city of Sorrento in it entire, but especially we will taste all the local food traditions like: the limoncello, the pizza, the pasta, the olive oil, the wines and much more.
You will go at an olive oil factory, where you can visit the mill with explanations of olive oil harvest and production and to finish with the taste of the famous Limoncello and other home made liquors. After you will have free time for shopping into the historical centre of Sorrento with its beautiful shops where you can buy your souvenirs.
Then you will be driven to a local Restaurant for your pizza lesson; once your Pizza is ready to cook, it will be placed in a wooden oven and after a few minutes, ready to eat. After you will be served a Gelato from their menu list (chosen from you) and a glass of limoncello.
The last stop of our excursion will be up at the Winery of the Vesuvius where you can have the wine tasting to become familiar of the wine production, the different type of viticulture used in the Campania region and taste the famous wine called Lacryma Christy (tears of Christ).
