THE CONTRACT

This contract governs the terms and conditions of the passenger transportation services provided by Amalfi Coast Epic Tours, the trade name of the company Autoservizi Iaccarino S.A.S. di Antonino Iaccarino & C., VAT ID: IT05401521215, with registered office at Via Marziale 31, 80067 Sorrento (NA), Italy (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”). The user of our services will hereinafter be referred to as the “Customer”.

 

By accessing, browsing, or using our website or applications through any platform and/or completing a booking, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. Booking confirmation implies acceptance by the Customer on their own behalf and on behalf of any third parties included in the reservation, including minors and individuals with disabilities.

 

BOOKING
Services provided by Amalfi Coast Epic Tours may be booked online through our website or via the official contact channels listed on it. To ensure availability, reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For requests submitted after this timeframe, the Company reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the booking and will promptly inform the Customer.

Upon completing the booking process, the Customer will receive a written confirmation via email containing all details of the requested services. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the provided information and report any discrepancies via email. The Company shall not be held liable for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Customer.

 

VEHICLES

Services are generally carried out using Mercedes E-Class (sedan), Mercedes V-Class, or Mercedes Vito vehicles; however, we cannot guarantee a specific model or configuration. The assigned vehicle may therefore differ from the one selected at the time of booking. In any case, we assure that all transfers are performed with first-class vehicles equipped with the necessary comforts to ensure a luxurious and enjoyable journey.

 

INCLUSIONS

Rates include a private vehicle with driver, all vehicle-related costs, parking fees, and any additional charges directly related to transportation.

 

EXCLUSIONS

Rates do not include meals, entrance fees, optional expenses, personal purchases, gratuities, licensed tour guide services, extra hours, or any additional services not explicitly listed as included.

Please note that tickets for archaeological sites such as Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius, or the Royal Palace of Caserta must be purchased in advance on the official websites.

 

PAYMENT

To confirm the booking, advance payment is required for transfers, additional services, and any applicable fees.

Payments may be completed directly on our website at the end of the booking process using accepted payment cards. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway in compliance with current regulations.

For Private Day Tours, Private Tours for Cruisers, Private Tours from Rome, and Private Boat Tours, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Private transfers with additional stops must be paid in full in advance.

The remaining balance on the day of the tour must be paid at the end of the service, preferably in cash (EUROS), or alternatively via credit card.

 

SURCHARGES

25% surcharge: 00:00–05:59 and 22:00–23:59
20% surcharge: 21:00–21:59 and 06:00–06:59
15% surcharge: 18:00–19:59

 

DELAY POLICY

If your cruise ship is unable to dock at the assigned port for any reason, you will not be charged. The excursion will be rescheduled to the new port of arrival (if within the same region), otherwise canceled without penalties.

A fee will apply if the tour is canceled for any other reasons within the 3-day cancellation period.

If your flight or train is delayed, or luggage is lost at Naples or Rome Airport requiring time at the Lost & Found office, we offer 1 hour of complimentary waiting time, after which a surcharge of €30 per waiting hour will apply.

In case of lost luggage, a member of your party must inform the driver by exiting the customs area or contacting us by phone using the number provided at booking. Our driver will never leave the airport without you.

In case of a severe delay of flights or trains (over 2 hours), the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation and charge 100% of the transfer cost as Technical NO SHOW, unless waiting time can be extended depending on the day’s schedule. A surcharge of €30 per hour applies from the second hour onward.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

For private transfers, private tours, and cruise passenger tours, cancellations made at least 3 days before (72 hours) the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund (minus the 5% credit card processing fee already incurred at booking).
In case of no-shows, the total amount will be charged.
If a cancellation is made at least 3 days in advance, a full refund will be issued (less 5% processing fee).

 

CANCELLATION OF OPTIONAL SERVICES (LICENSED GUIDES, EXTRA ADD-ONS

In the event of canceling the main service, any optional services—such as the request for licensed guides at archaeological sites or museums, or any pre-arranged add-ons—must also be canceled at least 3 days in advance.

Failure to do so will result in penalty charges equal to the full cost of the optional service, as we must still pay the licensed professionals and partner providers.

 

LEGAL JURISDICTION

Any disputes or claims arising between the Company and the Customer will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Torre Annunziata.
